To complete the admission process for your child, it is essential to submit all required documents at the time of enrollment. These documents help us ensure the safety, eligibility, and proper care of each student. Please prepare the following: your child’s birth certificate, updated immunization records, a recent medical certificate, proof of residence, passport-sized photos, and valid identification for parents or guardians. Additionally, we request a completed admission form and any previous school or daycare records, if applicable. Submitting all documents promptly will help us process your child’s admission smoothly and efficiently.
